We process personal data under the Colombian Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012, and its regulations to manage bookings, requests, events, partnerships, communications, and legal duties.

04 Booking & service terms
Rates, availability, taxes, deposits, schedules, cancellation policies, and final conditions are those communicated when each booking or proposal is confirmed.

We handle requests, complaints, claims, and suggestions under Law 1480 of 2011 and applicable regulations.

06 Modern slavery & human trafficking
We reject forced labor, servitude, labor exploitation, human trafficking, and every form of modern slavery throughout our operation and value chain.
We promote relationships that respect human rights and expect the same from suppliers and partners, in line with Law 985 of 2005.
07 Protection of children and adolescents
We reject the sexual and commercial exploitation of children and adolescents in travel and tourism, applying zero tolerance under Laws 679 of 2001 and 1336 of 2009.
Suspected situations must be reported to the authorities. Accommodation of minors is subject to identification, relationship, and authorization requirements.
08 Responsible & sustainable tourism
We promote efficient water and energy use, waste reduction, respect for biodiversity, Llanos culture, and local communities.
We invite guests and partners to reject trafficking in wildlife and cultural goods, protect ecosystems, consume responsibly, and support local suppliers.
09 Intellectual property & site use
Trademarks, photographs, text, designs, and other content belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without authorization.
Interfering with site security, abusive automated extraction, and unlawful or misleading use of content are prohibited.
